Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to dealer subscriptions purchased on Key Of Bike, operated by Gariba IT Services Pvt Ltd. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Buyers do not pay anything, so this policy does not apply to buyers.
Subscription & billing cycle
Dealer plans (approximately ₹2,500–₹20,000/month) are billed on a monthly cycle, charged in advance for the upcoming month, and give you access to the dealer console and exclusive lead routing for that period.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime via the cancellation option in your dealer console, or by emailing support@keyofbike.com from your registered email. Cancellation stops the next renewal — cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
What happens on cancellation
You keep console access and continue receiving leads until the end of the current paid cycle, after which the subscription does not renew. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for a cycle already begun.
Refund eligibility
Monthly fees are generally non-refundable for the current cycle. Because lead quality matters more than quantity, our primary remedy is a quality safety-net rather than a cash refund:
- Lead-replacement credit: report a clearly invalid lead (fake/unreachable number or duplicate) within 7 days; once verified, we replace it or issue equivalent lead credits at no extra cost.
- Conversion safety-net: where a cycle delivers materially fewer valid leads than reasonably expected, we may, at our discretion, extend your subscription or add lead credits to make good the shortfall.
These remedies are offered in good faith instead of cash refunds.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases — a duplicate or erroneous charge, or a proven failure on our part to provide the subscribed service. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–10 business days.
How to request a refund or raise a dispute
Email support@keyofbike.com with your business name, the payment/transaction ID, the date of charge, and the reason. We respond within 7 business days. For payment-level disputes you may also use Razorpay's grievance process.
