Key Of Bike ("Key Of Bike", "we", "us", "our") is a two-wheeler lead-marketplace and dealership platform operated by Gariba IT Services Pvt Ltd, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data. It is intended to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

By submitting an enquiry or using our services, you agree to this Policy and provide the consent described below.

Who we are (Data Fiduciary)

For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Gariba IT Services Pvt Ltd is the Data Fiduciary that determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data.

Personal data we collect

From buyers who submit an enquiry or free test-ride request:

• Name and phone number (used for WhatsApp/call contact)
• Area / pincode and bike(s) of interest
• Optional: budget, finance preference, test-ride preference, email

From dealers (business subscribers): business name, contact person, phone, email, address, service area, and subscription metadata. We do not store your card or bank details.

Why we collect it, and lawful basis

We process buyer data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, to: verify and AI-score your enquiry, connect you with one verified local dealer, and let that dealer contact you about your enquiry, a test ride, pricing, or finance. We process dealer data to provide the console and manage the subscription, on the basis of our contract.

How your details are shared — one dealer only

When you submit an enquiry, your details are routed exclusively to one verified local dealer. We do not sell or resell your enquiry to multiple dealers, and we do not publish your contact details for unrelated marketing.

Third-party processors

• Razorpay — payment processing for dealer subscriptions (card/bank data handled by Razorpay; we do not store it).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• WhatsApp / CallMeBot — notifications and lead alerts.

Data retention

We keep buyer enquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Dealer and payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting rules.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may access, correct, or erase your data, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and seek grievance redressal. Buyers may request deletion of their enquiry details at any time. To exercise any right, email support@keyofbike.com with your registered phone number.

Consent withdrawal

You may withdraw consent any time by emailing support@keyofbike.com. We will stop further processing and delete or anonymise your enquiry data unless legally required to retain it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted dealer access. The dealer who receives your lead is contractually required to handle it responsibly and only for your enquiry.

Children

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
